Some weddings just feel right from the very first conversation.Lisa and Brody’s was one of those.

Lisa originally reached out while planning their Crystal Beach wedding in Destin, Florida. She had spoken with her wedding planner, gotten vendor recommendations, explored other photographers… and still found herself coming back to my work. Over and over again. When a bride does that, I listen. Because that’s intuition!

We connected, talked through her vision, the feel she wanted, the moments that mattered most, and I sent over a custom quote. After one phone call, it was settled. Their November beach wedding was officially on the calendar.

And I’m so glad it was!

Lisa and Brody traveled in from Trail Magnolia, Texas, and planned a destination wedding that felt effortless, personal, and deeply intentional. They rented a beautiful condo right on Crystal Beach, surrounded by close family and friends. Nothing overdone. Nothing rushed. Just meaningful.

On the wedding day, they loaded up a golf cart and made their way down to the beach with 30–40 of their favorite people. That image alone tells you everything about this day. Relaxed. Joyful. Unpretentious. Full of love.

The ceremony took place right on the sand, with the Gulf as their backdrop and November light doing what it does best along the Emerald Coast. Soft, warm, and forgiving. The kind of light photographers dream about and couples feel without realizing why everything feels so calm.
